Default Lb7 wont idle

Hello everybody, I'm new to DB and wanted to get some input on my situation. I bought a 2004 duramax that wasn't running for pretty cheap. It had fuel pressure codes, egr codes, and glow plug codes. I replaced the CP3 pump, egr valve, egr sensor, all 8 glow plugs, glow plug module, glow plug relay, and fuel filter on it. The only code it has left is the glow plug one p0380. I have to start it with gasoline and once started it won't idle by itself I have to keep the gas pedal pressed a little so it won't die. It also smokes when i put it at high idle. Any help from you guys would be much appreciated. Thanks

I would need a computer hooked up to the truck for the balance rates and individually cap off each injector for the return rates right?

return rate test u need graduated cylinders that read ml, and special fittings that connect to the return line side of the injectors and you gotta have the truck cranking with all the fuel lines connected besides the return lines and measure the fuel that comes out and see if it is within spec.

computer/scantool is needed for balance rate test

wouldnt white smoke indicate stuck injector?

if it was me i would pull the glow plugs and the FCIM fuse and crank it over watching which glow plug holes has fuel coming out
