so lately as i have been driving my 250, i have noticed small puddles of fluid on the ground. i traced the leak to the torque converter inspection plate behind the oil pan. it leaks out of the drain and ive been putting a lot of fluid through it. i just now pulled the plate to look inside and im wondering what i should be looking for. The transmission is an E40D. any help would be appreciated.

 

that would be one of two things .. either your TC is leaking @ a weld or your Front pump seal is leaking .. most likley the pump seal ..
