Ive replaced my glow plug relay already and my glow plugs are brand new

When Im in the city and letting off the clutch to accelerate my glow plugs light goes off sporadically and makes the battery gauge lessen with each cycle.
Sometimes when Im idiling at a stop light it does the same thing.

Any ideas? I dont want to burn out new plugs.

So far i replaced the relay... and tried unplugging my inhibitor switch(back underneath the manifold on passenger side)...

Any help in addressing is appreciated.

Fuel heater harness shorting to power somewhere?
Glow harness shorting to power?
relay activation circuit shorting to power?

Somewhere wires are rubbing each other?
