My 96 Cummins is having some issues. The tachometer and speedometer are not working at all. The glow plug indicator light and the water in fuel light doesn't light up when first turning on the key. The air conditioner also stopped blowing cold air. Other than that, the truck runs great. Any suggestions? I greatly appreciate the assistance.

Is your alternator putting out volts ?
