I have an 06 LBZ with the 6- Speed auto and im pretty sure my c3 clutch pack is burned out (when it shifts from 3 to 4 it slips or stutters or does some weird S*%$) anyways, instead of spending the money on having someone pull the trans and replacing the C3, will the transgo JR fix my problem? I Know they advertise on the transgo jr fixing a 3-4 slip, but I don't know how much truth there is to that. And if anyone does have a transgo id like to hear what you think of it. Thanks

 

It's $100. You have nothing to loose trying it. It can only help, even if you end up rebuilding the trans.

No shift kit can fix a damaged trans!!!! They can prevent damage but it is not a mechanic in a box.

 

agreed, they can help prevent damage but once it is done they will not reverse it. the transmission will continue to slip and act weird and get worse

save the $100 and put it towards a proper rebuild
