Default trans leak

I appear to have a little bit of fluid coming from my bell housing. Is it a common thing for the torque converter seal to go bad? it doesn't look fun to change so I hope there is something easier and more common

It could be the seal for the torgue convertor, or it can be the rear main seal on the motor.

Not very common but most likely front pump seal and bushing in transmission are both shot and require pump to be removed from trans for replacement not to bad of a job just time consuming especially if it is 4wd.
