Default 68rfe conversion 95 2500 diesel 4x4

Hey guys, I am wondering if you can convert a 68rfe into a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel 4x4

Or would it easier to convert to an Allison 6 speed?

both can be done. the allison will require a lot more work and probably cost more.your going to have to get a stand alone tcm for either one. I think you can use an ATS co-pilot to make the 68rfe work but i'm not positive.

I would go Allison .. more options and will hold more power with less $$$ involved int he end ... the 68 is weak and will never be able to hold what the Allison can when built
