2003 V10 to diesel conversion

I have a 2003 dodge 2500 v10 that I want to covert into a diesel. If anyone has done this can they please give me some ideas on what all I need to change when I drop the Diesel engine in. Thank you.

1 diesel engine 10,000.
Complete wiring harness and guage cluster
Fuel tank and associated lines
Man hours to do up to you!
Final cost 12 to15k
New truck 03 dodge 2500 diesel 4x4 10 to 15k
Sold V10 3 to 5k
headache saved priceless!
