Grey/ white/ black smoke combo on start up... what's the cause ?

Grey/ white/ black smoke combo on start up... what's the cause ?
Hey so I started to notice now that it's very cold out in the 20s, that when I start my truck there is a little black smoke but more less a big puff of gray and white looking smoke with a tinny bit of black. Is this bad ?
