Is there anyway to put a smoke switch on one of these trucks without.a tuner or anything?

Guess ive never heard pf a smoke switch for a powerstroke......smoke is just unburnt fuel. Programmer or onjectors would probably be the easist way

Mindblower has some inexpensive chips you can add on you IAT that will blow a little smoke...around $30 bucks on EBAY..add about 50HP...other than that, I got a bad IDM and it will smoke up the whole neighborhood in about 5 minutes but that is the bad white smoke....tons of unburnt fuel. A decent programmer with a cold air intake kit should do the trick at the 140 switch setting. Dumping in more fuel, either burnt (black) or unburnt (white) is the only way I know to get more smoke.

 

Smoking is pointless unless your making huge power and its just gonna happen smoking like what you want just gives us diesel guys bad names .. but if you insist on it you can wire a switch into the map sensor wire turn off map voltage = more smoke just google it
