I have run a lot of used motor oil (UMO) in my LB7 but I filter it really good first. The only times I ran into trouble was when I didnt
The umo will clog up fuel filters real fast if not filtered first before putting it in your tank. I would drain the tank and replace the fuel filter and see how that goes.
The older mechanical injectors where more tolerant of umo but not these high pressure common rail engines
