CEL-code P0404

CEL-code P0404

My CEL keeps coming on and giving the code P0404 which says something like Exhaust Gas Recirculation open performance. I changed EGR valve and it still came on I had it cleared today and it came on again within 10 miles can anyone help please?

Is your vacuum pump working good? Where did you get the EGR valve from?
