Hi guys,
Got a new switch for my transfer case on my 1997 7.3 4x4 with manual transfer case and manual hubs. Before the new switch I had no light on the dash, even after replacing the bulbs and chasing the wiring around for loose connections.
Replaced the switch and now have the 4x4 light flickering when im in 4xhigh ( i can kinda get it to stay on if i hold the lever just right) and the 4x4 light stays on like it should in 4xLow, but the Low Range Light never comes on.
I know the bulbs in the dash are new and the test light showed power to both of the lights. I am assuming that the transfer case switch just grounds those lights when the plunger ball gets pushed, so is there and adjustment that I am missing? or does and one else have any ideas?

Got it all fixed up. New switch came with a washer that was not removable. Cut the washer loose with snips and reinstalled it. Now everhthi g functions properly
