Hey guys, Im looking to do some work on my truck with out putting out a whole lot of money right now. Currently I have a 2002 Dodge 2500 5.9 Cummins, auto trans, Air Dog II, S&B Intake, Edge CTS with Juice programmer, stock exhaust cut down to straight pipe. I don't tow as of right now but I want to keep my towing capabilities, Im looking for more HP and just an all around faster more powerful truck. I am interested in injectors but I don't know much about them and or what else is required to do. Any ideas id be happy to hear about them!!

 

id put a 4" exhuast in it to flow better and then maybe a set of 50hp-75hp sticks.. that should give you a little extra power and not break the bank.


you can go to the vendor section and ask them for quotes on what you want tell them your set up and see what they recommend... on a side note is your tranny stock or has it been built or mildly modified???? if it hasnt had any work done to it you may want to save your pennies and have that built up a little... thats the week link....

 

Yeah as far as I know its stock I know its been replaced. what do I need to mod in the tranny?

 

Upgrade the shaft to billet one and get a triple disc converter for starters. Theres 1800 bucks. Some Converter come w lifetime warranty. Def need at least 4in exhaust. if your lookin for power get some head studs and 150 hp sticks after you build the tranny a little. You can still tow With 150 hp sticks and a stock turbo just turn your programmer down and.egts will stay fine.
