i rebuilt my injection pump on my 96 cummins and before all of this i was making 35 psi of boost on the guage no problems but i saw my timing was messed with which wasnt me so i got the correct readings and directions on how to set the timing back to stock since iv set the timing to stock i cant accede over 28 psi is that normal

 

every truck is different. why did you take all the timing away from it? they run much better when they get all rattly.

 

yes true but sence i was not the one who messed with it i dont know how smart the people who did it before me wore so better have it stock than so retard adjusting but the main problem was my other 12v have stock timing and can do 35psi no problem

 

Has the fuel plate/ fax housing been messed with?

Every truck and pump are different, my ppumped 1st gen i had with more mods would smoke less, make less boost n pull about the same as this one but with more mods. it depends on the truck
