i just got a new billet converter in and its not acting right at all. i have called the guy that put it in and told him what it was doing and his response was the GOV press. ive been around the 12 valaves for a while but not no expert...anyway from a complete stop it goes to 2200 rpm and hangs up for a few seconds and then shifts ( 2nd prob) when going down the road it downshifts into 3rd when letting out of the throttle and when getting back on it it shifts up.
(3rd prob) when coming to a complete stop it takes a sec to downshift from 2 to 1 and if you dont let it, it will start off in 2nd. idk what to do im taking it to him tomorrow and would like to know what for him to replace.
