Good morning from DFW!
Hello everybody, my name's David
Just took delivery on this beautiful, mint, F-250 Lariat yesterday! New proud Powerstroke owner.
I got it for quite a steal, which I'd rather not say on here in case I need to sell it later
Just cracked 100k miles, and I got a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty at no extra charge and as you can see, it's a 5 speed standard with granny. It was the only one I saw after a whole month of looking. I'm new to diesel, but I've got quite an extensive history in gasoline goods. I just returned from a 3 year tour in Okinawa, where I ran through literally 14 cars of all different types of ricer flavors. From my 93 Supra, to my 98 R33 GT-R.
When I got back from Japan, I decided to turbo our 05 Corolla, because I can.
It's a forged internal engine with a Garrett GT3076R (BB) turbo and a big .82 A/r turbine housing. I went full standalone, and all the bells and whistles of course. Block is a 2zz which should be good for about 500bhp, and all my **** on it should be good for about the same. Still waiting on a tune in Houston, so no dyno numbers yet.
Look forward to learning a bit and hopefully teaching a bit.
