I have a highly modified 95 reg cab (havent been on here for a while). Checked breather tube and no air is coming out pretty sure its clogged, i know this is a common issue. However im not sure if the rings are bad or not...i dont want to put money into the CASE IH 2 way valve covers if i need an engine overhaul.....oil comes out light but continuous under acceleration none at idle if that helps any ideas, thoughts or imput would be greatly appreciated.

 

I would pull the breather tube off to see if it's plugged like you said,and if it is ,unplug it. It may be over pressureising the system and trying to releave the pressure.

 

If you can modify one of your valve covers so you can clamp on a little filter to help it breath if you do not unplug the tube.

 

Sounds like you might have a turbo seal problem ..... You can apply regulated air to inlet with the outlet plugged off ... ( about 30 psi max I believe ) and you should not hear any air coming out of either end of the turbo ... if you do you need a re bushing kit for your turbo...
