Problems after egr delete

I have an 04 f350 6.0 L and I have 89700 miles on it. It ran fine before the delete except the egr cooler was leaking and it smoked when it was cold and stopped once it was warmed up. Now it's a little rough at idle and plenty of power once the turbo is spooled up. What must be wrong now. PLEASE HELP

Is there an additive I should be using to clean this up?

Any thoughts would be nice.

is the map sensor hose cracked or cut? did you clean the turbo?
