Default Tuned FICM

Well I was noticing some cold start problems. Was bogging down when first started and throttle touched at all. Got it rebuilt by ficm repair and tuned with PHP atlas 40. Must say right after install MPG increased by 2-3 around town even with my foot in it non stop Starts up great and is running better than ever. I didn't notice any faster spool up time. To me it seemed like a little more low end turbo lag. Not sure if it has a learning curb or what but I am very happy with it. Get your ficm tuned

Was that a flash program or is it a dash monitor? There are so many FICM options that have come to light recently, it's hard to keep up.

I did the IDP flash. I couldn't tell if there was an mpg increase because the fuel pump was going south. To complicate things, after changing the fuel pump, I added DP Tuner's 80hp Economy tune.

After I burn this tank out, I will go back to the SRL tune to evaluate an apples to apples mpg gain, or not.

Regardless, the throttle response increase was worth the price of admission to me. If it weren't for the $700 price tag, I'd like to get one of those 6 phase, 58V Bullet Proof Diesel FICMs.

PHP or Ed will use their own device to flash the new tuning on the FICM. You get one choice.
If you chose the PHP FICM tuner you would have all 4 levels of PHP FICM tuning to use. Economy, Atlas 40, Atlas 80, and Hercules 100.
