Default Leaking Head Bolts?

I've got a 2000 Freightliner FL70 with a 8.3 Cummins. I just noticed it looks like I've got 2 Headbolts leaking on the right rear. I first thought it might be the gasket, but the bolts look wet, and looks like it running down from there. Is it big trouble, what do I need to do?

Thanks in advance.
