Default new ride 96 obs f-250 now what?

ok guys i sold my 2005 cummins and bought a 96 powerstroke. Dont give me the why would i do that....I did it because i now have no payments and a 5sp diesel. Id love my cummins back and wanted an older dodge again but for what i paid for the stroker i couldnt find a cummins that wasnt rusted out crap.

OK i need a minor mod list. I just want a few extra ponies and better mpg....the 4:10's kinda suck. thanks guys

TTT anybody have any input i did some searching and am thinking a DP Tuner Turbo back exhaust for now. I'll be getting gauges too but not immeditally as i dont tow that often and I am used to modded diesels and will be ok for a bit.

Gauges first! Then turbo back exhaust, intake and a ts chip tuned by the tuner of your choice

I second this... Gauges, intake, 4" exhaust with 3" downpipe, then pick a chip. That will get you in the low-mid 200hp to the wheels... After that, injectors need to be upgraded, clutch, turbo, hpop, fuel system, etc...

I dont tow enough to get gauges first this time i will just not asap. Lucky me the truck already has 3"dp so exhaust and intake are on the list asap then either dp or ts tuners.

just because your not towing doesn't mean it can't get to hot.
