Default 6.5 turbo diesel clutch fan question

I have a 1995 6.5 turbo diesel and was wondering if anyone had any idea how I could get the fan clutch to cut in at a lower engine temp.

The fan clutch opperates by centrifugal force the faster the engine turns the less the fan will turn so there is no adjustment possible to the clutch some people are using duramax fan clutches to upgrade the cooling systems on their 6.5s maybe somebody else with experence with this upgrade will chime in??
