Quick question regarding 4510 Air Filter
I just installed the 4510 on my 94 CTD and it seems there is a lot of move-ability of the filter when it is connected to the tube. I can see this as normal, but question is should I perhaps use some tie wire to hold it stationary until say I get an enclosure for it, or will it do fine with a little bit of movement as I think it should.
Thanks guys.
Thanks guys.
Jeremy, my suggestion would be to do something to stablize the filter. Glad I could help you out with it. I too will be ordering one for my truck as well, and plan on stabilizing it too.

I think I am going to just stabilize it for now, and then eventually either have a heat shield of a makeshift cover/box made up for it. Thanks guys for your replies.
