howes diesel treatment...
I have read on other sites of some using small amounts of bio diesel as their lube additive.I know the new trucks can take some bio but here in Mass. I have never seen anything but USLD for sale. Just where do you find bio fuel in the north east ?
I've been running 11% bio when available for many years. It doesn't work as well with USLD. But then nothing does.
I've been using Amsoil Lub and cetane boost. Some friends of mine have been having good results from Schaeffer's additive.
I will be switching when I run out of the Amsoil

I won't be using Lucas cause I hear its a waste of money. And hoses is also a lubricant and anti gell... And when ya work road construction away from home, and arrive in a new town you don't exactly know what to expect when ya just arrived...and I will change my fuel filter every 15,000 cause of tje simple fact that I would rather pay for a filter then possibly have to replace an injector cause of lack of maintence.. the better you treat it and the more maintence you keep up on will save ya more in the long run...
