I purchase a 250ml bottle of "low ash" 2 stroke oil from the local Canadian Tire store. I dump half a bottle in per tank when I fill. I can stuff 100L (26.5USgal) in my tank (93 D250). I've already replaced 1 VE pump and the lift pump once so I'm not taking any chance now! It gets some extra "lube" in the tank every time it gets fuel!

So 1oz. per gallon of 2 stroke oil will be good then

that seems like a lot of oil....34oz. per tank???

What kind of 2 stroke oil is best and is there any that i should

stay away from ? I know i dont want to have replace any more fuel system parts

so this sounds like a good idea if it indeed does work

2 stroke oils....cheapest i found was $1.17 an Oz.

yall got any ideas where i might get it cheaper or is there a cheaper way of keeping the
fuel system lubed ? ? ?
