any one ever heard of ca-40 fuel additive

i've never heard of the stuff, just started to run this Marvel Mystery Oil and so far am very impressed

quite a bit so far, usually around town i only get about 260 to the tank, (thats with a heavy foot) and right now i'm at about 180 on half a tank
