bio diesel?

swe il just do that. how long after i start to do i need to change the fuel filter?

usually if there is alot of residue in the system it can take from 100 miles to 1000 miles for the "goo" to start moving twards the filter, seeing as it is a 12V just run it til you notice a lack of power and change the filter

is it only veggie oil or is peanut oil the same? just wondering bc my dad has some used peanut oil. What do you filter used oil with?

Veg oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, canola oil, all will work equally well...

I go to yard sales thrift stores and buy old jeans with out holes.Tie legs shut and pour oil thru them.Its about 5 microns.Colder weather I add diesel to make filtering faster.Then draw oil 2 to 4" off the bottom after settleing 2 days(water says on bottom).Remeber water comes out of the fried foods.

awsome thanx for the help fellas. will i have problems in the cold if i run the oil i live in Az. and cold where i live is like 32 degrees or will there be enough diesel it wont effect it?
