So, I am concluding the drying process is heating the fuel to remove water?...
I'm thinking of making a container out of a fuel oil barrel 275g steel container.
Cut the top off so I can see inside, but band the top cut-off so I can set it back on. Weld on several drain valves on the end. So, I can dump in 100g bd. So I would need to mist in another 100g of water while it is mixing. Allow to mix when I get 100g of each for at least 5 min. Allow to set for several days. Then would I after draining off the water at the buttom, heat up the good fuel and milky layer before I pump out the good fuel from the top. Can the "drying" process be done after the good fuel has been separated?...
Even pump it to another container and warmed up there..?...
And then to what temperature and for how long?....

IMO, there really shouldn't be a milky layer between the bio and the wash water, and if there is, then the bio isn't washed thoroughly enough.
Drying can be done multiple ways, but I've found that warming up the bio, and then recirculating it in the vessel works best. Like this:

The spraying of it dries it out very nicely.
