wish we could have our old prices back

they were under 2$ a Gallon...

and prior to tax on diesel we had as low as 90c a Gallon, and then we would get taxed for how many km we drove... or they would put a fixed tax you would have to pay each year

Yeah, gasoline in Canada is now at $3.40 CDN. This country always gets screwed.

Gasoline here is around 4.95 USD / gallon...

and you think you're the ones getting screwed ?

The difference is that a mere four hour drive from my house if I go Stateside, I can pay 65% of what I pay here, including the exchange rate.

Its qroung 2.09 in Amarillo, TX, and finally cheaper than gas(2.12)
