Default Locally Grown Bio-Diesel

I had been a regular at the local Bio-Diesel plant buying fuel to splash my tank to a certain percentage... but the plant lost their supplier and only had limited availability of fuel. I'd go by to only find the gates locked or that they were out. So, I quit trying to get bio-diesel.

Just on a whim, I drove by and they are back up and have lined up some suppliers to keep them in business. I feel good inside buying from these guys locally, because every penny I spend at the bio-diesel pump is a penny less that I put into the pockets of terrorists.

Many people don't realize that we are transferring our hard earned money overseas, and it isn't within the confines of any balanced trade plan either. Once our money goes overseas to buy oil, we can kiss that money good bye until such time as they decide to buy up America.

Nope, they always price it cheaper than the Valero is .... I bought Petrol-diesel for $4.59 today ... and I bought Bio-Diesel for $4.25.

Sure, I'll ask, it'll probably be Wednesday or Friday of next week. They are hidden away in a little industrial area across I35 from Ft Sam between New Braunsfels Ave and Walters St. (Not too far from downtown or the ATT Center.)

BTW, aside from filtering the oil, what do you do on your rig to prepare it to burn waste vege oil?

In Los Angeles, the bio diesel is consistantly more expensive than diesel. I called the company up (Standard Bio Diesel) and was informed that their customers were not complaining and happy to buy there product.

I wish I could pay more and be happy

Sure wish we could get some up here around Ft hood, Killeen, Copperas Cove! The ARMY uses biodiesel, but there is only one station on post that sells diesel and its not biodiesel. And the WalMart in Lampasas is normally about $.05 cheaper (Murphys).
GasBuddy.com - Find Low Gas Prices in the USA and Canada is a good site to find diesel prices locally.
