Have you checked the screen on the fuel tank side on the fuel tank? That screen could be full of junk

Anthony was the guy who help me with my Air Dog problem. I had a problem with getting a hold of anyone till I posted that fact here in the Air Dog section. Apparently, the president of the company caught wind of it and I had an email from Anthony sent within the hour. Once I was able to talk to him, everything was taken care of almost immediately.

I have some interesting pm's from Anthony basiclly saying heres never here and this is not the way to get help, which is obvious. But why be a sponsor when your obviously not keeping up with customer demands? He even told me the email used to subscribe here is no longer used so they are never notified of pms or threads in their section...

Sorry I haven't posted back. But Anthony is the one that we've been trying to get ahold of and will never answer or reply.
Called AD support again today and they said they'd give him my name and number again so I hope to hear from him tomorrow, but we'll see.
And at ltr450 I had 1/2 a tank of fuel.
All I know is I'm here with a junk Airdog pump and possible a shot vp and my truck has been down for two weeks and Airdog doesn't even wanna return a phone call

Finally got ahold of Airdog after three weeks, but only after I told them I refused to leave any more messages and they transferred my call to a tech. They said I'd have a new pump Friday but now they're sayin Tuesday night. Hopefully I get it sometime this month
