The Hydrostats suck at tractorpulls just so you know.Its an ok tractor but I have driven those JDs and I hate them.

yeah the secret is too leave the blades runnin, grandpa has that on his mower and it works good.

you cant beat a compact tractor!!

here is our BX24
The dual PTO option is needed for the bagger, Ive ran a 5' bushhog with no problems other than it needs suitcase weights up front.
54" Pro deck, R4 tires, 12" bucket, 24hp KUBOTA DIESEL

The 2305 John Deere is a great little tractor we were in the middle of buying one a little while ago it was between the john deere X740 or the 2305 we went with the 2305 we got a 54" deck, loader and a snowblower and also had the folding rops from the 2320 put on it. the price was around $16,000 i thought it was a good buy cant wait to use the snowblower to do finish work this winter..

the kubota is a much better rig for mowing..better bigger decks and the radiator is mtd between yer legs under the dash to keep it cleaner..notice the jd rad above
i also got a bx 2400w/loader and 60'' deck....it s amowing ****** f'er. good as a bushhog

you can get a 62" deck on the deere if you want the 54" just fits the tractor better i think. and most of the radiators are mounted in the front of the sub and compact tractors. Not sayin the kubota is bad becauase there not im just a big fan of John deere.

actually none of the kubotas are..theyre all in between yer legs.
it looks like it til ya open the hood and see how its put together
