the h2e you can upgrade and will never have to change it out again, i'm not sure on the GQQSB, i think CSI is around like 50 or 60 psi? don't quote me on that though, but i would personally go with the h2e set up, they are about the same price and i know you can keep upgrading the h2e (bigger housing and wheels) on my set up i went with a T4 style flange so i have A LOT more options on turbos when i choose to upgrade again, which wont be for a long while but you get the point
