From what I've seen, that's what you need 5orb to 6an adapters, 14" of HP steel reinforced hose rated for minimum 5K psi, and 45 degree 6an hose ends. Do NOT use JIC fittings, AN and JIC are technically interchangeable, but the thread of AN fittings are held to a tighter standard and have more cross sectional area to the thread, I use JIC adapters with AN hose ends all the time, for FUEL >100 psi, at 2k+ in the oil rail your going to blow the threads out of a JIC. Watch out for Napa doing you like that, find a Aeroquip dealer, little more money, but they do amazing work on HP hoses like this. The adapters are around 6 each, the hose should be around 35-40.

For a discussion of AN vs. JIC look here, great and clear info on the 2.

Default hose length

Is that total length? or is it length including the 45* fittings?

Not sure, I went back thru bookmarks and the page that had the DIY x-over has been removed from the website.

suppose to bridge the pass./driver oil rails to equalize pressure. since you only have one hp oil sensor.

High Pressure Oil Crossover Hose Kit 1994-2003 7.3L

This hose is used to bridge the 2 high pressure oil rails in the heads that feed the injectors.
The installation of this hose will typically smooth out rough idles as the ICP can now sense the pressure in both heads, quiet the engine, as well as provide improved oil flow to the injectors.
