you haven't met the lady that did the test... i'm pretty sure she could smell the chip.

 

gota love no emisons here in nc and if there is hard regulations go find a hole in the wall shop that will pass you.

i know in nc you can blow as much smoke as you want even in fount of a cop no ticket! if you truck is under the year 07 epa rules on diesels. gota love the epa sometimes. you can even run tractor tires on your truck and drive it down the street if you have a farm sign on it its great.
