on to helping the guy that asked about the drop, there is a 2 1/2 bracket below your springs on the I beam. I took it out and built one out of 5/16 plate steal and a 1 in piece of sec. 40 pipe to drop the front it gave me almost 2 inches, also there is a company that makes a 2 inch drop spindle, for the rear i took out the factory blocks and put in a set of shackles. i will try and draw something up if you want. you will need the resources IE. a welder correct size hole saw or a plaz or tourch, the hole saw workes best i think. the rear you can take out the block and take out the bottom leaf and drop about 1.5 - 2 inches just with that, there are many ways to do it if you have some time and limited funds.
cheers

Ya and what happens when you hit the farm up with your "lowered" work truck? The guys in the John Deere 9400's are gonna be laughing their dicks off at you for lowering a work truck.
As far as mileage, when you are on the job-site, reliability, maneuverability, and the ability accomplish nasty work is what you need. Worrying if the little puddle of water is too deep for you should be the last of your worries.
