Default front end conversion

i was tring to figure out how to do a front end conversion on my 2000 powerstroke and make it into a 05 any help???????

i think i know what your talking about, i had a friend do this,u want to go the flat grille rather than the rounded grille right?

youll need all 05 stuff....grill,.. bumper...headlights...and i believe there is a bit of modding to the core support unless you get an 05 support

just about to say that, didnt know if that was what he was shooting for, none the less my firend did this and he works at an auto whole sale dealership, and it still cost him over 500 bucks, he did get the support so i dont know how hard it is without it.

Before i bought my 99 off my buddy I helped him swap it over when he was painting it. all we did is trim the grille to fit at the bottom and make some small brackets to hold it there. i cant remeber what we did at the top but i have four screws holding it there and i think they went into the old grille's mounting point. and ya headlights and turns to go with. didnt change the support of nothin and it fits well. also did the 6.0 intercooler swap at the same time. that made a noticable difference. oh and we didnt change the bumper. if you dont want to cut the grille then you will have to.

oh ya and way cheaper to go oem or one from a junk yard than the one off ebay thats already trimmed.
