Get a tripple pod, and a EGT gauge... Start there and then as you have cash get a boost and tranny.

Those are the big three.

Isspro is who you SHOULD get your gauges from but...

@ CSIPSD
...and queue another Xzibit quote:

"Yo dawg, I herd you like gauges, so I put gauges on your gauges so you can monitor while you monitor"

My buddy has one of those Expandit 5" on his 99 with a staightpipe. Sounds pretty good to my ears. Though it is kind of loud. Not so bad in the cab though. Its about as loud as my 4" straightpipe.

I like Autometer cobalts personally. But I just like the color blue so take it for what its worth. You might look up Westach too. They have some combo guages that are pretty nice.

As for chips, Tony Wildman or DP Tuners are the only two who make chips for the 7.3 as far as I'm concerned.

MY buddy has DP's F5 chip and its pretty sweet. They have a new F6 which is even better. 16 positions and you get to choose which tunes you want. plus you don't have to send the chip to Jody to retune(like the F5) you can do it yourself.

Plus both DP and Wildman do custom tuning. So you can do things like run single shot injectors, block codes for high altitude towing, use your EBPV as an exhaust brake etc. Then they also offer live tuning. MY personaly experience is with DP and as such I would reccomend them however Tony Wildman is a pretty popular option on the forums I see so you can't go wrong with either. He can also reburn TS chips too. Check them out.

DP Tuner

Total Diesel Performance

The F6 runs $400 + the price of the tunes themselves
the TDP chip is $300+tunes
Nice thing about that is you can get a basic tune at first then as your finances allow you can add some more.
