Default 2000 excursion 7.3

Hi I have a 2000 excursion 7.3 diesel 154000 miles and I bought from CA a few mo. ago and it was gutless. I put an intake and chip and it still is pretty gutless! Also the turbo only seems to kick in at low rpm and the just drop right off. Anyone have some suggestions?

Thanks

What chip do you have? Excursions are heavy beasts too so that doesn't help.

28-30 psi is kinda high unless you are running an extreme/race tune on that "chip" - should be seeing around 25 or so ....
