Is it like the Bully Dog 6 position. If so make sure the contacts are very clean when you plug it in.

Poor Connection or Wrong Computer Code programmed into the Chip

Sounds like a Bad Chip or Bad Burn of the program. Ive seen it happen a few time with the TS Chip.

It will stumble when going from one tune to another if the changes are extream enough. My old DI chip would stumble and sometimes die when going from the DD to the Extream. Its normal to some extent, but if it dies changing from any tune and all the time then I would give him a call.

Every chip I have EVER run, be it DI, TS, TW, DP, Elite, ATS, Cale's... They all stumble when going from a "normal" tune to an extream. Or from a DD to a hi idle. Your changing everything the PCM thinks, so a little hickup is normal.

Now dieing everytime, not normal.
