Default Any ideas

I have a 2001 f350 ps ccsb 6 speed with skyjacker 8 inch system lift and 38's. Everything else on the truck is stock and I was wondering what intake, tuner, exhaust, would give me the most reliable power.

Any intake but K&N. any exhaust its all the same, some just fit a little better. I would go with a custom tuned chip from gear head. Dont forget gauges before you ever add a chip

If you want to go the cheapest way with the most bang for your buck: 6637 intake, straight pipe stock exaust, and a PHP Phoenix chip.

I would do a four inch exhaust no muffler. 6637 air filter mod. Gauges, and a php performance chip. Then later if you want turbo and sticks.
