1997 Ford F350 Powerstroke help
Ive done everything on the truck myself or with the help of friends, saves a ton of money when you dont have to pay someone to do the work on your truck. For the next step I wouldnt do a torque converter, Id save up for a full built trans. You could also consider some stage 1 injectors or an intercooler
thats what happens when you have an auto!!! LoL
i'm almost in the 14's with my 2wd 5 speed so i would assume you could get into the 14's with stage 1 injectors and tuning. of course for this stuff you need the trans, HPX line, FPR shim at the least, but electric fuel is nice, go ahead and do the 120v or 140v IDM, etc... Lol

yeah but a built tranny is the ****! Only reason I went with the highest stage ATS is cuase I got it used for a great deal

Well at the Div 2 NHRDA Diesel drags this weekend I ran a 15.75 Quarter Mile and Dyno'ed at 243 HP... did not end up sled pulling but the truck ran faster than I though considering stock it ran 18.69... good weekend, now I think I need to find some good injectors

crazy amount... damn. that much into the tranny? thats half of what my truck is worth,
