Default 1997 Ford F350 Powerstroke help

So I just inherited this truck and plan on making it a nice fast diesel truck, it only has 140k miles on it and is in immaculate condition, Im goin to the track tonight with it and I am wondering if there is any quick mechanical things I can do to get myself a better quarter mile? Thanks

So your goin with generic tunes, I wouldnt spend the money on bully dog man, get some custom tunes

and it takes all of five minutes to install a chip
