400 HP on a 95 powerstroke

A set of hybrid injectors, a D66 turbo from Beans and maybe a 17* HPOP and your there, a bit over 400 with good tuning.

The 38R is not a drop in for the OBS trucks, You would have to convert everything over to the SD stuff. Up pipes, collector, Y pipe, pedistal, Intake manifolds...

The D-66 would work good, or a H2e would be the best.

thats what i want my truck to do, just watch them fade away in the mirror when you take off. i have always wanted to do that .

Definitely go with Beans Diesel. Probably would want to go with custom tuning rather then a raw tune. Stacking the tunes is also a cheaper way to gain some horsepower if he's a high school student like i am.

at least Stage 2 injectors, I would look into a DIY kit from Rosewood Diesel. , Beans D66 Turbo or an H2E kit, Upgraded clutch I like Haisley's, Gauges, 17* HPOP, Custom Tuning. You cannot stack tunes on an OBS Powerstroke. Just get the 4 or 6 pos chip.

No you will not get any more power from stacking on a 7.3


Id say go with a stage 2 injector or some 530 hybrids, 17* HPOP or larger, custom tuning, intake, exhaust w 3"DP, gauges, trans upgrades, H2E

stage 2's from diy-injectors.com, H2E kit, 17* HPOP, DP-Tuner or wildman tunes, val-air full ceramic clutch(call dan and get his recommendation), 6637 intake, 3" dp-4" or greater exhaust, no tranny upgrade needed, gauges, high pressure oil crossover line, intercooler(stock from super duty and make pipes), thats probably about all you need.

send in stock pump to terminator engineering for the upgrade since it's a '95. '95's had a different front cover than the other powerstrokes so the stock 17* IS NOT a direct bolt on pump. you can send your 15* from the '95 to joey at terminator and he will upgrade it to 17* for you and it's cheap.

Val-Air clutches are good clutches. i run one in my truck and tomorrow a new full ceramic will be going in mine. Dan is a top notch guy to do service with and you will like the prices of his clutches.. i recommend calling val-air and talking to them about which clutch will fit your application and i'm confident you will love their clutches. i try to tear mine up and it just wont give up.

it's a ZF5 manual tranny. all he needs is a clutch upgrade to a single mass probably ceramic button clutch and he is golden. and just an fyi tranny upgrades DO NOT EXIST for the ZF5 manuals in these trucks..

With my new tuning that will be here this week and the set up I now have, Beans (who is doing my tuning) is confident that I should make 420hp at the wheels
