I was quoted on the Ford Direct OH kit @ $950. I still get the brother in law pricing through the dealership I use to work at so that helps out alot. Without the discount it would have been $1295 which is still very cheap cause the kit includes EVERYTHING. Just waiting on the engine to get a little worse...seems like she keeps on ticking though.

Your better off doing it yourself... With the remans you have no idea of the history of blocks, heads, rods or anything. Too much to risk IMHO.

You can completely rebuild a PSD for about $2500, plus maybe $400 to have everything done to the heads...

So for about $4000 your in a block you know, and down the road.
