Default Tork Tek Overflow Valve Install

Tools needed
19mm and a 14mm open end box end wrench
time 30 mins

Here is the location of the OFV
Name:  pics10.jpg
Views: 840
Size:  26.2 KB


Use the 14mm wrench and remove the plug that holds the spring in

Use the 19mm wrench and remove the OFV from inside the pump

Carefully lift the OFV and return line above the head dont pick up to high you can kink the line

Now remove the OFV

Here is the new Tork Tek 070hp Overflow valve

Make sure you replace the sealing washers

Push line back to the hole and start to tread the OFV back in by hand
