If you buy the delete pipes for the dpf and the cat and the deletes for the egr and cooler with a cold air intake and a programer you can get away pretty cheap. Lots of ways to go with programers and cai, it's just what you want and what you like. Simpler is better for what you are using the vehicle for. (jmo)

Smarty JR ME around 500 bucks
DPF delete pipe around 150 bucks.
CAI, not needed, stock airbox flows great.
I left my stock downpipe and muffler originally, and just added the dpf delete pipe.
You can plug the egr with a 15 dollar plug, or use a soft plug in the crossover tube, or pick up an egr/cooler delete kit for about 120 buck and remove the cooler and egr.
After 25k miles, and passing inspection, I removed the egr cooler and added a muffler delete/tailpipe.

Hey man, I have had a really hard time getting some questions answered. I have a 2008 3500. I bought it used with a DPF delete already done, but they didnt send the tuner with the truck. I am looking at doing an EGR delete right now, but I dont know if I need to have the ECM flashed back to stock before adding programming in with a smarty. Also, wich smarty do I need to get this done. I cant figure out if I need the S-67, or the J-67. And do I need the ME model?
Thanks, you can pm me if you want.
