Default Bolt on Twins

Hey everyone, I need a little help. The bolt-on twins don't fit or spool like I thought they would. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks for the help!

What twins? What mods? Fuel Turbo size? What are you seeing for boost?

It's not my problem personally, I love my DPS Twins, my friend, however, installed a different brand on his 08' Cummins and it has not been going so well. I will find out more about what he experencing and let you know.
