Default 6.7 w/dpf delete randomly smoking

Ok, posted this question in the bombs section because it involves aftermarket stuff. Maybe i can find a little more help in this section..........

Ok, a friend of mine has an '07 mega 4x4 with 62000 miles. Did a dpf delete a couple weeks ago. From day one it randomly will puff out smoke for about 10 seconds at a time. It happens about every ten minutes. He has a MBRP dpf delete and a smarty jr, stock other than that. Any idea what this could be?

Make shure he unplugged the egr all the way check the motor side of the lower part of the intake horn there should be a plug there and if plugged in with the smarty on and the dpf off it will smoke like that. If you need more info go like you are going to download the offroad tune for the smarty and in the disclaimer it will tell you what to do
